Three straight hits, bases loaded amd none. The usual recipe for the
Giants is to not score a single run, but not today.

LaStella gets on by catcher interference, Belt walks and Buster
singles. Late Night Lamont strikes out, but Kris Bryant doubles all
there runners to get the Giants off to an early lead in the 1st
inning.

The only questionable move tonight is why Kapler put Kazmir in to
start. 5 years since he pitched for the Dodgers?

But then the bullpen made it a closer game than they needed to.

Well Kazmir pitched well, gave them some needed innings.
But then the bullpen made it a closer game than they needed to.

Well the bullpen came back to bite them today and it was Leone again.
What should have been a win, wasn't. So they're back to one game ahead
of the Bums.

Logan Webb wasn't his usual good self and it went from there. A
neck-and-neck race isn't a bad thing though.
