Gausman signs with Blue Jays

(Hello from a full-time Giants fan but a rare poster here.)
ESPN is reporting (per Twitter) that Gausman has signed for 5 yrs/$110M. Someone else said Gausman turned down a higher offer from the Mets LOL.

I think it was a good move by the Giants not to sign him for that much. His splitter deteriorated right after MLB banned that stickum stuff, he never got it back to what it used to be, and I don’t have confidence he ever will.

I didn't know much about his career before he came to the Giants. Was
the #4 pick of his draft class I guess.
